Out-of-network patients will be provided a super-bill that includes all information needed to submit a claim to their insurance, as well as resources that will allow you to submit your claim with ease. Most insurance companies will provide some reimbursement for out-of-network providers. If you are out-of-network and have any questions about this process, give us a call.
